Bank account opening in Serbia for non resident companies without need to come to Serbia. We can help you to open bank account in Serbian bank for your for your non resident company. We must admit that we can not guarantee that bank account will be opened. Bank decides will they accept to open bank account or not. Therefore you will need to submit explanation of your business activity and list of your buyers and suppliers. We can open bank account without your personal presence, based on Power of Attorney.

- your company's extract from business register with all data of the company (name, address, registration number, ownership structure, directors data, main activity code...)
- for some countries you need to put Apostille on the extract. Contact us, and we will tell you do you need Apostille stamp.

Sometimes, clients prefer to buy existing Serbian company, instead of registering a new one. Such companies may have some debts or hidden (not obvious) debts, so we always recommend to the clients to register a new company instead of buying an existing company. If you want to buy an existing Serbian company, we can help you to find a people who are selling their companies in Serbian market and we can help you with changing the ownership of the company. We admit that we are NOT providing services of checking eventual debts of the company you are buying, neither other documentation except ownership documentation. One of proofs about status of the company is confirmation from Tax administration and Local tax administration that company you are buying does not have debts for taxes. That is just one of many checkings which you should do when buying an ready-made Serbian company. That's why we recommend you to register a new company in Serbia instead.
