In order to get temporary residence permit, you need to get health insurance. Health insurance cost is not included in price of our service.

In order to get temporary residence permit in Serbia, you need to have at least 1.000 € on your personal bank account in Serbia, or on bank account of your company in Serbia. That is the proof that you will have enough funds for living in Serbia during the approved period.

Family reunification is possible after getting your temporary residence permit. After you get temporary residence permit, we can apply for family reunification. Usually, family arrives to Serbia after you get temporary residence permit, but they can come even before you get temporary residence permit. You must have in mind that they can be in Serbia for 30 days continuously (non-stop), without temporary residence permit, or 90 days in 6 months with interruptions.

Costs per family member are 520 € (which includes 250 € for our service, plus 185 € for state fees, plus 85 € for health insurance).

Do you need help with getting temporary residence permit for your family members?

Our service includes legal help to obtain temporary residence permit and work permit, but we do not guarantee that you will get temporary residence permit. Competent state authority is deciding will they approve or deny you temporary residence and work permit. In case of denial, we are not paying back the money paid for our service, and of course, you can not get back money paid for state taxes as well.

From our expirience, citizens from certains countries and regions get approval more often than citizens of some other countries. Negative information which competent state authority finds about the person may lower the chances of getting approval of temporary residence permit too. In example, Russian people will almost for sure get approved application for temporary residence and work permit in Serbia.
